Terms and Conditions agreements act as a legal contract between the Person in need and the Makeup Therapist who provides the makeup therapy service. It is rules and guidelines that the Person in need must agree to before arranging an appointment.
Makeup therapy is a free service therefore person n need must book an appointment in advance and attend it on time. The Makeup Therapist has a right not to provide service if the person in need is late 10 minutes or more. The Makeup Therapist has the right to discharge the person in need and does not arrange another appointment if the person in need did not attend the appointment.
You may cancel your makeup therapy appointment or rearrange it. Cancellations are only valid if received via email and are made 3 days before the appointment date. If an appointment is cancelled after the stated term the Makeup Therapist has the right to discharge the person in need.
It is Your responsibility to inform the Makeup Therapist who is engaged to provide the makeup therapy or any other makeup service of any potential issues such as but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities. The Makeup Therapist can not be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the person in need if the person in need has not informed the Makeup Therapist of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the person in need at the time of the service.
The Makeup Therapist reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour of the person in need is deemed inappropriate and/or if the person in need reports a condition that the Makeup Therapist deems as a risk to the person's in need health and well-being.
The Makeup Therapist will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of his ability. There may be circumstances beyond the control of the Makeup Therapist that is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case the Makeup Therapist will inform the person in need at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.
